Stephanie founded Taybridge Associates in 2006 and works on C-suite executive appointments across all disciplines within the Financial Services industry globally. She is a thought leader on the topic of diversity and inclusion. Prior to Taybridge, Stephanie started her career at Ernst & Young before spending 20 years working for three Global recruitment and search firms. She has a degree in accountancy from London University.

Managing Director

Alex is a search consultant working on retained assignments across Finance, Audit, Operations and Risk at both Director and Managing Director level.

She has previously worked as the COO for Taybridge Associates responsible for Talent Management and Acquisition, Operational Excellence, Communications and Strategic Development. She joined Taybridge Associates from a boutique search and selection firm where she was the head of internal recruitment and training. Prior to this she spent 10 years within a global recruitment firm and was head of their banking operations practice. She began her career within banking as an interest rate dealer for a large global bank after graduating from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Economics.

Director

Lorna joins Taybridge with over 25 years’ experience in recruitment with the last 15 years focused on the Financial Services sector.
Initially operating inhouse within Retail banking for a large global bank, she quickly moved across into the Private Banking and Wealth Management areas, before moving into a senior role establishing and heading up the inhouse recruitment function at a High-Profile Japanese bank operating across EMEA.
Lorna then moved back into search and set up her own small recruitment practise focusing on HR roles within retail and financial services.

Bronia joined Taybridge in 2007 to work a long side Stephanie Docherty as her Executive Assistant and now as COO. She plays an integral role in the seamless delivery of high profile searches globally, and is also responsible for the day to day running of the office, including the HR agenda. Prior to joining Taybridge, Bronia worked with Steph as a team assistant at global recruitment firm. She is an associate of the CIPD.
